Our Pfeffermühle has been around since 1980, opened by the senior owners Irmi and Fritz – and since then, our house has been synonymous with hospitality and quality. It all started as a restaurant with guest rooms, and soon Pfeffermühle became famous for the flavorful cuisine of the senior boss – which is why we chose the name that still stands for taste and character today.
In 1990, we stopped the restaurant business and transformed into a charming 4-star hotel. Since then, everything has revolved around our hotel guests and their personal, exclusive culinary experience. In 2016, the grandson took over – bringing fresh ideas and full passion.
One thing, however, has remained the same: The Pfeffermühle stands for top-notch hospitality and great food – here, you’ll feel completely at ease!
