Here, the boss cooks personally – Daniel brings his passion for good food straight to your plate. With heart and hands, we create classic Austrian specialties, fine pastries just like grandma used to make, and also fresh Italian accents from time to time.

Our kitchen is young, creative, and experimental, but always with respect for the classics. Look forward to handmade dishes that are as diverse as your taste preferences!

Enjoyable Evenings

Dinner is exclusively for our hotel guests.
To ensure everything is prepared fresh and with the best quality ingredients, we kindly ask you to choose your dishes at breakfast from our daily changing menu. We also offer stone-oven pizzas and seasonal specials.

In summer we serve dinner on the terrace, while in winter or bad weather we welcome you in our cozy dining room. Dinner: daily from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Good to know
Our dining room and terrace close by 9:30 pm – afterwards the hotel becomes quiet for the night.
During the summer season, our restaurant (and dining room) is closed on Wednesday evenings.

A delightful dinner also requires the right drink! We ensure this with our carefully curated selection. On our wine list, you will find exquisite wines from Austria: full-bodied red wines and elegant white wines, which we recommend to accompany the respective dishes from our kitchen.

For toasts or as an aperitif, we offer selected sparkling wines.

Prefer not to have wine? Our selection of draft beer and creative cocktails invites you to start the evening in style. We also offer some alcohol free but still fancy drinks! And for the perfect ending, you’ll find it at our bar with selected spirits and brandies.

Whether harmoniously paired with the menu or as the highlight of the evening – there’s something for every taste. Raise a glass with us to a successful evening!

Breakfast for a Perfect Start

Our day starts with a breakfast buffet that pampers you and sets the perfect tone for your vacation. Everything your heart desires: from savory to sweet treats, all made with love. Enjoy homemade jams, fresh pastries and cakes, hearty farmer’s bread, fine spreads, and egg dishes prepared exactly to your liking. In addition, there’s freshly squeezed orange juice, aromatic coffee, a selection of teas, and refreshing juices.

No matter whether you spend your day actively or leisurely, our breakfast gives you the energy you need. Here, every morning becomes a delight!

Handmade with love

Our homemade jams in various flavors have been a favorite on our breakfast buffet for years and also make a perfect farewell gift for our guests. But it’s not just the breakfast jams that we make ourselves. We also produce our own pasta, pesto, and chili oil. And, of course, Dani’s Zirbenschnaps– you can also purchase it from us and take it home as the perfect souvenir from Ramsau.

Questions About Cuisine

Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Here, you can indulge to your heart’s content and start your day in the best way possible!

We serve dinner in our hotel restaurant exclusively for our guests from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please note that the restaurant room closes at 9:30 PM.

In the evening, we offer a vegetarian dish as part of the menu selection, as well as vegetarian pizza and other small dishes from the evening menu. Our breakfast provides a wide variety of delicious options for vegetarians. Of course, as a vegan, you’ll also find plenty of culinary delights – just let us know before your arrival.

Our restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner.
